Here is a fail proof method to catching Suicune or really any Legendary Eudemon on Pocket Center/Crazy Monster/Mystery Pets.

Basically start off with a Jumpluff with a Timid nature. Hit Sleep Powder, then Sweet Scent, then Cotton Spore and Flash in any order after the first two. After that you can use False Swipe until the Pokémon has 1 HP.
